A Bejo hybrid we sourced from Osborne Seeds. We trialed Fredor every year of the Eat Winter Vegetables project, and it was a standout. Reliable producer of high quality heads even after tough winter storms.

Medaillon (F1)

A Bejo hybrid we sourced from Osborne Seeds. Beautiful and productive. Came through a February snow storm fine to produce good quality heads a few weeks later.

An open-pollinated variety we bought from Adaptive Seeds, although the seed was produced by Pitchfork and Crow Farm.
