FESTS are free outdoor public festivals celebrating local food, home cooking, eating, and community.
Culinary Breeding Network has been organizing Fests with Wellspent Market in Portland, Oregon for several years to promote locally-grown vegetables and grains including the Tomato Fest and Green Bean Fest.
